My name is Edgar. I live at the Vista Grande Public Library in Santa Fe, New Mexico. While participating in a magic show, I was turned into a greeting card. Unfortunately, the magician was unable to reverse the spell. (What a trick to pull on a trickster!!) While the magician is working on solving this problem, my friends at the library thought it would be fun for me to see the world. They are sending me to family and friends via snail mail in hopes that I will return with many tales of my adventures. My friends are also creating a map to track and share my adventures across the world with others. If you've seen me about, please feel free to post my adventures here. P.S. In May the "Magnificent" magician tried again to return me to my former adorable self, but alas, he failed. He did manage to make me three dimensional again, however,I am now a beanie baby!(Oh the horror! the humiliation!) Fortunately, I am having a great time with all my new friends on vacation!!

Washington - Seattle


Alexandra and I also visited Seattle. I've heard how rainy it is here, but we did not see any of that. The weather was beautiful!

Canada, British Columbia

Alexandra Diaz took me to Victoria, British Columbia. What a pretty and interesting place! The totem pole sure was tall!

Oklahoma

I visited the Oklahoma History Center and saw an Allan Houser exhibit. Houser (Haozous) was born in Oklahoma even though New Mexicans claim him as their own. His sculpture, "Unconquered" was very impressive!

Czech Republic - Prague


Well, here we are in Prague. There is the Prague Castle. Wow, the place is huge! I hope they don't lose me in the dungeons! (I won't cause anymore trouble at the hotels! Promise!)

Germany




We took the train to Rothenbuer, Germany. We then flew out of Frankfurt, Germany to our next destination. These Lemmons really know how to get around!

Yes, Germany! Joan and Larry Lemmon took me on a tours of Europe. Here we are at a Catheral in Cologne Germany. Wow, pretty gothic. Just my thing!

New York - Silver Bay, Lake George


The Jenkins invited me to a family reunion in Lake George, NY. What a family!! What a beautiful location with the lake and trees! The hotel was fabulous, as you can see.

I spent some time in Missouri with Jennifer Mays. While in St. Charles, we spent sometime outdoors along the Missouri river.
